Hey People,
Sab kar rahe hain to maine socha main bhi pichhle 8-10 saalon ki tarah ek yearly review kar hi lu. There you go:
Be kind. You NEVER know which one will be the last time.
Have good relationships with people, it may go a long long way.
Get out of relationships (softly and without being too vocal about them) that aren’t serving you well.
You can NOT compromise on exercise, sleep and eating right. Just can’t!
Saying “no” to potential clients that may make you rich but don’t radiate the vibe of your choice is the best decision you would ever make.
Your December of the year won’t be the same as January. That’s great or that’s gruelling - depends on how you decide to deal with it.
No one said at the end of the day: “I’m glad I spent few more hours on the screen today. To be happier and more productive, get off the screen.”
The life you have now is a reflection of your habits.
Maa Papa are super cool. Just like you go through a lot dealing with them, the feeling isn’t different on their side. You be happy with them and that shall be reflected onto you.
Give gifts to your loved ones. They don’t need it, but they LOVE the vibe of your love that goes along with it.
You cannot be friends with your colleagues. You can, if you want to have a mediocre career filled with lies. Otherwise, be kind and courteous, friends is not the right territory to enter.
Respect everyone, listen to your own intuition.
You can live without eating out. Ghar ka khana kha ke to dekho!
If there is one way to save (and live) your life, it is nothing other than meditation.
Our world changes when we read books. Most of the times, we are not looking for travel to run away from our lives, we want change of our thoughts. And trust me, things will remain the same on travels if we don’t change our thoughts. The quickest, cheapest and most effective way is through books. The second one is through watching Big Boss (lol).
Also, the most important one according to me: Don’t share parts of your personality when you are very happy or very sad. It will come back to bite you. Calmness is power, strength and the biggest asset. Isn’t it?
What were some of the life lessons that 2020 taught you?
Let me know in the replies :)
Also, if you would want more of such shots of wisdom, my eBook “This is What YOU Are Looking For” could be of great help. Filled with practical two-page chapters, this book is what you are definitely looking for, before starting your New Year.
And, if you loved this newsletter, don’t forget to share it around! Please :)

Till then,
Happy Holidays! Don’t forget to work out, and don’t forget to be grateful! :)))
Lol (loads of love)
